The Tipsy Baker is the latest concept from the Pain D’Avignon family.

The space is a bakery-by-day and a bar-by-night, serving up tartines and quiches in the daytime and offering shared plates with wine and beer in the evenings. Customers can also enjoy the restaurant’s signature bread all day and night.

Founded in 1992 in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Pain D’Avignon set out to recreate the Old World Traditions of baking and share them with a wider audience. Believing that bread is best enjoyed in its most simple and authentic form, Pain D’Avignon has now established a name for itself as one of the region’s premiere bakeries, and has been supplying Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels for the past 25 years.
